Why should you exhibit?

The American Physical Society will hold its 2009 March Meeting, March 16–20 in Pittsburgh. We are expecting an attendance of more than 7,000 of the top scientists involved in physics research and applied physics throughout the world. The March Meeting offers your company a valuable opportunity for one-to-one interaction with physicists from industry and universities, in both private and government laboratories who are involved in making and/or influencing purchasing decisions for their companies and institutions. In addition to marketing the exhibit show to commercial exhibitors, we will be promoting the show to government agencies and laboratories.

Sponsorship opportunities

Achieve maximum visibility by placing your advertisement in the March Bulletin of the American Physical Society and deliver your marketing message to more than 7,000 of the world’s top scientists in attendance. Distributed on-site and used extensively throughout the Meeting, the March APS Bulletin is the essential resource for a comprehensive index of all sessions, poster presentations, meetings and schedule of events.

Advertising positions available are limited to outside back cover, inside front cover and inside back cover.
Full page, 4/color advertising rates: Back Cover: $7,500 • Inside Front Cover: $5,000 • Inside Back Cover: $3,500
Bulletin of the American Physical Society production is 100% digital. High resolution PDF files with images at 300 DPI, built out of CMYK with all fonts embedded are required. Trim size is 8 1/4” wide x 10 7/8” high. Advertising is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are many opportunities to support the March Meeting and increase your company’s visibility. Sponsors will receive a variety of value-added benefits such as:
