Account Development Manager – NYDivision: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer DutiesResponsible for the execution of a field marketing strategy to increase customer perception of the value of the AIP journals. Develop a customer marketing strategy that is aligned with AIP marketing strategy to increase usage and brand awareness. Manage marketing efforts to the customer and the customer end-users in the region. Foster high level relationships with selected accounts in conjunction with the sales manager by establishing and coordinating AIP library updates. Develop expert knowledge of AIP journals portfolio.Support new product launches, as well as, new releases of existing products within the regional customer base. Develop and deliver training programs (train-the-trainer) and customer value-improvement programs. Track, analyze and report on usage and customer feedback. Reports directly to the Marketing Director, with an indirect reporting line to the Regional Sales Manager. Qualifications
